The ReMax office was right on the main road upon my arrival and I was lucky to have found Jody working in the office that day. I am not surprised by her attention and availability because Jody has always been available to assist me since I started my review and shared my desire for a place to call my own. Along with her business partners, Taylor and Cheyenne, every question I had was answered and supported by factual information. Although I am still looking for the right place, Jody and her partners have continued to stay with me and patiently await my final selection. Jody was fabulous. We were trying to buy in Sedona while the market was at its peak and rates were low. We wanted a house that we could truly enjoy that met our minimum criteria. Unlike most realtors, Jody never encouraged us to spend more than we were comfortable with or to get a house, any house just to get into a tight market. She and her very capable son spent many, many hours with us looking at houses and preparing nine offers before we were able to get an accepted offer- a home absolutely perfect for us. Jody stayed laser focused during the negotiations with the seller despite some aggressiveness on the part of the seller’s agent. This allowed both parties to reach a fair agreement. I also personally like Jody and Taylor very much. I felt that I truly made new friends.

We purchased a great lot at a reasonable price and successfully navigated the challenges around surveys, easements, etc. Jody Coleman and team were actively engaged in the buying process from beginning until the end. The inspection process took longer than normal which led to the need for extra coordination between title, sellers, buyers, real estate agents, etc. The team did a great job with the needed communication which led to a successful outcome.

Jody, Taylor and all of The Coleman Group were outstanding!! We were looking for our forever home in Sedona and they found it for us! They were so knowledgeable about the area, listened to our needs, and found a home that matched our desire to have an open floor plan in a friendly neighborhood but with some privacy, located near hiking trails, the national forest and a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. I contacted numerous real estate agents when moving to Sedona before I tried Jody, and they never called me back! Then I contacted Jody and she immediately had me on a conference call with her partner Cheyenne for an hour discussing what I was looking for not only in a home to buy, but in a home to rent until I was ready to buy. They got me in touch with local property managers and previewed the rentals on FaceTime with me as I was not able to be there in person and steered me from some that weren’t as great in person as they were in photos. When I was ready to start looking to buy, they showed me a ton of houses, several that weren’t listed yet. They have loads of contacts to find those hidden not-quite-yet-listed listings. The negotiation were easy and I appreciated how much they worked for me as go between with the other agent and the sellers. All communication was immediate and they are terrific problem-solvers. They are lovely, knowledgeable people who were great to work with!

Jody helped me learn what was the most home for the money, very friendly and knowledgable of the area!! Showed me what to look for and let me know the market is very competitive and information about surrounding areas.

Jody and her team, including TJ and Chey, were a true pleasure to work with. They really put in the effort despite our modest budget, caution, and specific requirements… which all made the process more challenging! They’re dedication and loyalty is truly special. I can't remember how I came across Jody. I didn't know her at all. I don't live in the area and have been looking for years to move to the area. Somehow Jody and my path crossed. I liked her right out the gate. She is easy to talk to, she focused in our needs and wants and she worked very hard to make our dream home come to life. She gave us pivotal advice and if it wasn't for her advice we would have lost out on the house we wanted. I give her 5 star recommendation in all categories. She works with her son Taylor which is top notch also. They make a great team.
